Common sense: foot pain to choose shoes
The occurrence of plantar pain requires that the possibility of plantar fasciitis be considered first. Currently, patients with plantar fasciitis are relieved of pain mainly through exercise therapy, physical therapy and wearing special insoles.
Physical therapy, such as ultrasound therapy, infrared rays, and ice, etc., are often used in clinical practice to help patients with analgesia and anti-inflammatory. Locally closed or oral analgesics are also used to relieve severe pain. In daily life, it is recommended that the patient can apply ice on the heel and foot for 10 minutes after exercise.
Also do more exercise to restore the flexibility and strength of plantar fascia and Achilles tendons. For example, put a towel on the ground, put the sole of the foot flat on the towel, and practice to grasp the towel with the toes.
