The number of US land cotton contracts rose to 70,000 tons, accounting for more than 40% in China

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), U.S. net contracted exports of 71,396 tons of land cotton during the week from 12.10 to 12.16, up 65% from the previous week and 14% from the average of the last four weeks; 71,872 tons of shipments, up 4% from the previous week. The average price in the recent four weeks increased by 26%; the net contracted export volume of 2,585 tons of Pima cotton in this year and the shipment of 2,858 tons; in addition, the net contracted export volume of 13,812 tons of upland cotton and 4,150 tons of Pima cotton was exported in 11/12.

During the week, China signed a net contract to import 32,817 tons of land-based cotton this year, accounting for 46% of the total contracted volume for the week, and shipped 27,261 tons; this year, it shipped 1,179 tons of Pima cotton; and signed 499 tons of Pima cotton in the next year.

This year, the terrestrial cotton contract was signed to China (32,817 tons, including 113 tons transferred from South Korea and 23 tons cancelled), Turkey (11,793 tons), Bangladesh (6872 tons), Thailand (5443 tons), Brazil (1996 tons), Japan Net sign is about 204 tons of negative.

Upland cotton is shipped to China (27261 tons), Turkey (11521 tons), Indonesia (6282 tons) and Vietnam (4128 tons).

Pima cotton contracted this year to India (961 tons), Japan (907 tons), Pakistan (590 tons), net signing is negative about Switzerland (91 tons), China (91 tons).

Pima cotton was shipped to China (1179 tons), Pakistan (499 tons), India (386 tons), and Bangladesh (249 tons).

In the coming year, the main contract for land cotton is Thailand (4,967 tons) and India (3,447 tons).

In the next year, Pima cotton was contracted to Pakistan (2245 tons), India (1134 tons) and China (499 tons).
