With the development of semiconductor technology, LEDs have attracted people's attention due to their low energy consumption, high luminous efficiency and small size. They have been used in street lighting fixtures and have made important contributions to the development of urban lighting technology. With the development of society, people's requirements for lighting quality are getting higher and higher. In the design of lighting facilities, not only the brightness but also the color, shape and texture of the lighting should be considered. LED (Light-Emitting Diode) is also a light-emitting diode, which is a kind of illuminable semiconductor electronic component made of gallium (Ga), arsenic (AS), phosphorus (P) compounds, which can only emit low-lightness at the earliest. White light, with the development of technology and research, the current light-emitting diodes can emit a variety of light including red, orange, yellow, green, blue, blue, purple and other visible light and infrared, ultraviolet light, etc. There are also many types, such as ordinary monochrome light-emitting diodes, high-brightness light-emitting diodes, ultra-high-brightness light-emitting diodes, infrared light-emitting diodes, color-changing light-emitting diodes, etc. The control modes mainly include constant voltage control and constant current control. The LED is controlled by constant current.

The luminescent materials used in lighting facilities mainly include tungsten wire, high nanowire, mercury, light mixing, etc. Among them, the high-pressure sodium lamp using high-nose wire has the advantages of large brightness, strong fogging ability, low power consumption, long life, and no The advantages of attracting insects are widely used in modern urban road lighting facilities. Extremely short time, high impact and seismic performance, long life, no pollution to the environment, strong applicability, can emit a variety of light and other advantages, and can adjust the brightness of the lamp to adjust the brightness of the lamp easily, almost no Need to maintain, known as green light source or fourth-generation lighting source, has a very obvious application value in the development of green energy.

Compared with traditional street lamps, LED street lamps have become more and more widely used in road lighting. At present, a large number of products have been introduced at home and abroad and have been applied in practice, which has improved the quality of urban lighting. However, in practice, LED street lamps still have certain defects in heat dissipation, light distribution, drive life and maintenance.

For a luminaire with a light-emitting diode as a light source, about 80% to 90% of its energy can be converted into heat. If the heat cannot be dissipated in time, the temperature of the die will rise, the light-emitting diode will be accelerated, and the color temperature quality will be affected. It also leads to a shortened lamp life.

At present, the input of street lamps is mostly 120V or 230V AC power supply. The number of fluorescent lamps or high-pressure discharge lamps is small, the circuit is simple, and the range of optional AC power running ballasts is wide, but most of them are due to LEDs. The power is only 0.5W~5W. In order to make the brightness of the lamp reach the requirements of the street lamp, it is necessary to use 100 or more 1W LEDs. The number of light-emitting components is large, and the dynamic resistance of the LED is very small. The LED is connected to the AC power source, which emits very bright light, but it will quickly fail. As the street lamp, its service life is the main performance of the product. Therefore, in order to ensure the service life of the lamp, it will be matched with it. Drives that convert off-line voltage to controlled DC current also require a long service life.

The current LED street lamp adopts the integrated and integrated design of the lamp shell and the light source to be sealed in the glass, which makes the maintenance of the street lamp very difficult, and it is difficult to replace it on site and needs to be replaced by professional maintenance personnel or returned to the factory. Maintenance and maintenance costs are high.

In addition, the LEDs are mostly round, and the street light distribution requirements are elliptical, and the light distribution curve is difficult to design. At present, LED street lights usually only replace the traditional light bulbs, but do not play their color characteristics.

According to the above shortcomings in the use of domestic LED street lamps, the innovative design strategy of LED street lamps mainly adopts modular design to solve the problems of weight, heat dissipation, maintenance and life of LED street lamps.

The modular design of the LED street light is to form a module with light-emitting, heat-dissipating, dust-proof and waterproof structures, and several light source modules are combined with the lamp base and the driver to form a whole. LED luminaires change the mode in which all the light sources have been installed in one luminaire. The specific structure is as follows.

In this structure, the light source module is a core part, which can be placed in the luminaire, or can be separated under the light pole, and adopts two interfaces to respectively connect the light source module with the driver and the lamp base, and the structure connected with the lamp base. It can be fixed by the standard of square or strip, and it can be fixed by screws, bayonet or spring buckle, so that when the repair is needed, which part of the damage can be repaired and replaced only, without the need for the whole of the luminaire. Maintenance, simple operation and good maintenance cost savings.

The light source module is the core of the luminaire and is also a key part of the design. In terms of heat dissipation, a heat storage device can be added to the original heat sink, and the heat transfer principle and the rapid heat transfer property of the refrigerant medium can be used to solve the heat dissipation problem. Usually, the specified IP rating can be achieved by using a sealing ring and a screw. In the light distribution design, a conventional secondary optical lens, a three-optical design photothermalization scheme, or an integrated optical lens can be used. In the past, the traditional three-time optical design is still used, but the structure of the independent reflector and the light source module in the previous design is integrated. The inner cavity of the light source module is designed according to the shape of the reflector and is coated with a reflective film. The heat sink is distributed around the reflector, so that the light source module becomes a light-heat-body structure.

3.3 Inner surface light distribution lens design At present, the lens in the street lamp is mostly equipped with light on the outer surface. When the integrated lens is used, it is easy to appear uneven surface after processing it into a whole, which will affect the luminous efficiency of the street lamp. It is not conducive to maintenance, and if the inner surface light distribution lens is used, the outer surface of the lens can be smoothed, which makes maintenance more convenient.

Generally, a light emitting diode emits light from a lens with inner surface modulating light and large angle total reflected light, and the proportion of total reflected light is very small, and only a reasonable design of the side of the lens is required to ensure large angle light. Total reflection.

At the same time, the outer surface of the lens is flat, and it is easier to connect into a whole, and the light distribution is basically not affected by the thickness of the outer plane, and the structural design is also easier.

Conclusion In this paper, through the analysis of the shortcomings in the current domestic LED street lamps, a modular design scheme is proposed, and the optical module with the inner surface light distribution lens is designed and designed under the modular design idea. It can reduce the weight of LED street lamps and make the maintenance of LED street lamps more convenient. It has been found through experiments that it can improve its heat dissipation performance, which can provide a new idea for the design of LED street lamps.
